These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of linkrocket.ai (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Jeremy Ferguson. This Site is an ecommerce website.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Jeremy Ferguson and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Age Restrictions

The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

The following services are available on our Site:

• Access to our link building platform.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

Refund Policy

All prices on LinkRocket are listed in credits, with 1 credit equivalent to 1 USD. When funds are added to a user account, credits are purchased. Currently, credits can be purchased using credit cards only. Once credits are purchased, the transaction is considered final, and payment is non-refundable, as the LinkRocket services are deemed to have been delivered. However, users may request a refund to their credit card within 30 days if the payment was made in error. Refund requests for payments older than 30 days will not be honored.

Payments for tasks are also final and non-refundable. However, if a task is not performed as agreed, the Buyer has the right to initiate a dispute and request a refund. LinkRocket reserves the right to mediate disputes between Buyers and Publishers. If a dispute is resolved in the Buyer’s favor, the refunded amount will be credited back to the Buyer’s balance for use within the LinkRocket system.

Subscriptions

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

• Credit Card; and
• Debit.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

This section governs your LinkRocket Balance and any done-for-you service you order with it, including done-for-you citation building. Where it conflicts with the general Refund Policy above, this section applies to Balance top-ups and done-for-you orders.

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

LinkRocket Balance & Done-For-You Services

This section governs your LinkRocket Balance and any done-for-you service you order with it, including done-for-you citation building. Where it conflicts with the general Refund Policy above, this section applies to Balance top-ups and done-for-you orders.

Your LinkRocket Balance

Your LinkRocket Balance is a prepaid store of value held against your individual user account, denominated in US dollars, that you can spend on services inside LinkRocket. It is not a bank account, it does not earn interest, and it is not a gift card or other instrument redeemable for cash.

A Balance belongs to the individual user who funded it, not to a team or workspace. If you are a member of a team, your Balance does not transfer to other members and other members cannot spend it.

Funds added to your Balance are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or converted back to cash. You may request a refund to your original payment method within 30 days only where the payment was made in error, consistent with the Refund Policy above. Where work cannot be completed, we credit your Balance rather than your card, as described below.

Adding funds

Top-ups are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. The minimum top-up is $25. Where the cost of an order exceeds your available Balance, checkout charges the larger of the shortfall and the $25 minimum, and any remainder stays on your Balance for future use.

You must confirm your agreement to this section each time you add funds and each time you place a done-for-you order. We record the version of these terms you accepted, together with the date and the wording shown to you at the time.

If a top-up is charged back or disputed with your card issuer, we may freeze your Balance and suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. While an account is suspended, you cannot place orders or spend your Balance.

Done-for-you citation orders

A citation is a listing of your business name, address, phone number and related details on a third-party online directory. When you place a done-for-you citation order, you are paying us to prepare and submit a listing for your business to each directory you select, using the business details you approve.

Orders are priced per citation according to the size of the order, at the rates shown at checkout, with a minimum of 5 citations and a maximum of 60 citations per order. The price shown at checkout is calculated by us at the time you order and is the price that applies.

Only directories we identify as available for done-for-you submission can be ordered. Directories that require your own personal account, a professional licence or membership check, or a paid program with the directory are shown to you as self-service and are not sold.

The business details you approve

Before an order can be placed, you approve a listing profile containing the business details to be published, and we record the exact version you approved. We submit those details as approved. We do not edit, correct or supplement them, and we are not responsible for a listing that is wrong, rejected or removed because the details you approved were inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

By approving a listing profile you confirm that you own the business or are authorized to act for it, that the details are accurate, and that you have the right to use any logo, image or other content you supply. If your details change after you order, contact us; we cannot change submissions already made, and re-submitting is a new order.

Directories that need a step from you

Some directories require the business owner personally to complete a phone call, text message, email or mailed postcard verification before a listing goes live. We will tell you which of your selected directories require this before you order, and we will tell you when a step is waiting on you. A listing you do not verify will not go live. Because the submission work has been performed, citations awaiting your verification are not credited back.

Timing

We aim to submit every citation in a paid order within 7 business days of payment. How long a directory takes to review, approve or publish a submission is controlled by that directory and is outside our control. Some directories publish within hours; others take weeks, require a manual review, or never respond.

What we do and do not promise

We undertake to prepare and submit your listing to each directory you order, accurately and in line with that directory’s requirements. We do not guarantee that a directory will accept, approve, publish or keep a listing, and we do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, lead volume, review, or other business outcome. Directories set their own editorial rules and may reject, alter, merge or remove a listing at any time, including after it has gone live, for reasons we neither control nor are told.

When a citation cannot be built

If we determine that a citation you ordered cannot be completed — for example the directory has closed submissions, no longer accepts your category or region, or requires something only you can provide — we credit the price of that citation back to your LinkRocket Balance and tell you why. Credits are made to your Balance, not to your card.

If a directory rejects a submission, we review the rejection. Where it can be corrected we re-submit at no additional charge. Where it cannot, we credit that citation back to your Balance. A citation that has been submitted, published, or is waiting on a verification step you have not completed is not credited back.

You may cancel an order, and receive a credit to your Balance for the full amount, at any time before work on it begins.

Your listing contact address

Directories require a contact email address to confirm a submission, and many publish it. So that your own address is not exposed, each order is issued a dedicated email address on a domain we operate, which we use solely to submit and confirm your listings.

Mail sent to that address is stored and forwarded to the contact email address on your order for up to 365 days after the order closes, subject to reasonable volume limits. We may stop forwarding, and may filter or discard automated, bulk or malicious mail, at any time. The address is not a general-purpose mailbox, is not a substitute for your own business email, and should not be given out or used for anything other than the listings in your order. We are not responsible for mail sent to it that we do not forward.

Suspension and misuse

We may refuse, cancel or credit back an order, and may suspend an account, where we believe a listing would be inaccurate or misleading, would breach a directory’s rules or any law, or is for a business the account holder is not authorized to represent. We do not submit listings for businesses that do not exist, for addresses the business does not operate from, or for categories the business does not serve.

Changes to this section

We may change this section at any time. The version in force when you accepted it at top-up or at checkout governs that transaction and any order paid for with it. Continuing to add funds or place orders after a change means you accept the version shown to you at that time.

Questions about your Balance or a done-for-you order can be sent to us using the contact details on this Site. As set out above, this Site is owned and operated by LinkRocket, LLC, and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Limitation of Liability
Jeremy Ferguson and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Jeremy Ferguson and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
